DRC Builder Job – Advanced Construction System + Custom MLO
Turn construction work into a complete, cooperative gameplay experience.
DRC Builder Job is an advanced and highly interactive construction system designed for both solo players and multiplayer crews. Players transport materials, operate a synchronized tower crane, cut timber, install structures, pour concrete, paint walls, clean graffiti, order additional supplies and much more.
A custom construction-site MLO and custom construction props are included to create a complete ready-to-play experience.

Physical Material Workflow
Construction materials do not simply appear at their destinations.
Players must:
- Transport packaged materials to the construction site
- Move them using a flatbed, forklift or tower crane
- Place the package safely on the ground
- Unpack the material
- Carry individual pieces
- Align them with their construction targets
- Install them into the structure
Supported materials include:
- Wooden beams
- Half wooden beams
- Bricks
- Wooden planks
- Half wooden planks
Packages remember how many pieces remain. Partially used packages can be repackaged and moved without restoring already consumed materials.
Forklift System
- Rent a forklift from the material supplier
- Load complete material packages onto the forks
- Transport packages around the construction site
- Proper cargo positioning and collision handling
- Safe ground placement
- Only one forklift can be rented at a time
- Simple proximity-based return interaction
Supply Delivery System
Crews can order additional materials when the construction site runs low.
- Multiple configurable supply depots
- Automatically selects the nearest pickup destination
- Individual beam, brick and plank delivery runs
- Material-specific purchase limits
- Configurable prices
- Leader-controlled ordering
- Assign a specific crew member as the delivery driver
- Physical cargo displayed on the flatbed
- Calibrated cargo slots for different package sizes
- Loading-bay interaction

- Wood-splinter particle effects
- Custom saw model and animation
Construction Installation Tasks
Create tasks such as:
- Installing electrical boxes
- Mounting pipes
- Installing ventilation
- Attaching structural equipment
- Securing construction components
- Placing custom props
Each task can contain multiple props and can optionally require the interactive screwing mechanic.
Tasks can also be assigned as prerequisites for concrete pouring.
Interactive Assembly Minigame
Installation is more than simply pressing a button.
Players must visually align and secure components using an interactive construction minigame featuring:
- Stabilization points
- Physical in-game tools
- Custom camera positioning
- Camera collision protection for narrow interiors
- Optional screwdriver installation
- Server-side reservation to prevent two players from completing the same task
Concrete Pouring
Create custom concrete areas and connect them to construction phases.
- Adjustable concrete width, length, rotation and height
- Concrete gradually rises while being poured
- Ghost mixer parking preview
- Supports both
mixer and mixer2 - Driver must correctly park the concrete mixer
- Vehicle remains secured during pouring
